Seattle Area Archivists is coordinating an effort to have the Academy of Certified Archivists exam in Seattle in 2014. Test takers must apply and be accepted to sit for the certification exam, so plan ahead. If you’d like to take the exam in Seattle, test takers much check the ‘Pick your site’ box on the application and write in Seattle. A minimum of five test takers is needed. The location has yet to be determined as well as the date, which will likely be no earlier than May. Visit the ACA website or ACA facebook page for more information.
