SeArch LinkedIn Group

SeArch’s LinkedIn Group features current job postings, as well as conversations among members. You can highlight posts and repost them on your LinkedIn account. The group is private for SeArch members and vetted partners, so if you’re a member of SeArch and have a LinkedIn account, request to join our group. It’s another great way to stay connected and learn of upcoming opportunities in the field.

Required Elements for submitting a job to SeArch

The following three rules must be adhered to for job postings to be shared on the SeArch LinkedIn site:

  1. SeArch will only post jobs, internships, and volunteer positions in and around the Greater Seattle Area. 
  2. Positions must have a salary or salary range listed.
  3. Unpaid positions are discouraged. If an internship is unpaid then it must adhere to the United States Department of Labor’s Internship Programs Under the Fair Labor Standards Act and follow the Society of American Archivists’ Best Practices for Internships as a Component of Graduate Archival Education. Volunteer positions must follow the Society of American Archivists’ Best Practices for Volunteers in Archives.

SAA Career Center

The Society of American Archivists’ Career Center allows you to share your resume, search jobs, and sign up for job alerts. Please note that to do anything other than search jobs you must sign up for a login, and job advertisers on the career center must pay to submit job postings – so the listed opportunities are much fewer than on aggregator sites.
