The unconference is this Friday, January 8th! Below is all the information, and attached to this post are some suggested readings:
These are suggested readings, so don’t worry if you can’t get them read before the event. We have a little more room at the event space, so if you have any friends or colleagues who want to come, just send an email to seattle.area.archivists@gmail.com and we will get them added to the list.

Seattle Area Archivists presents: At a Crossroads: Professionals behind Libraries, Museums, and Archives.

This ‘unconference’ seeks to explore both the intersections between archivists, librarians, and museum workers and the directions we are going in as professionals in our fields. What do we have in common? How do we ensure that our labor is acknowledged?

All librarians, archivists, museum workers, and students are welcome. For updates please go to the SeaAA website.

The Officers Club at Magnuson Park was previously the military Officers Club and was refurbished in 2013. It is in Building 30 at Magnuson Park.
